So, I Kind of Started a Blog...

Hey, y’all and welcome to my blog for Beat by Bondy! Before I go too much further, I’m going to be straightforward about a few things. First, my reviews will reflect my in-person personality! What does that mean? I’m going to give you honest, sister-friend reviews. Unless a post has been sponsored, these are all products I’ve personally wanted to try. So, no need to think anyone is influencing me! Secondly, there will be a least one post a month. In addition to being a make-up artist, I’m also a full-time PhD Student. All of my extra writing should really be spent for my research. But, I need to talk about makeup and products to add a little balance between the two worlds, right?! RIGHT! Thirdly, this will not be written for academic consumption or production. This is me just sharing my personal experiences with products and techniques. So, like I said in the first point, you’ll be getting this Black Girl Magic from my fingertips to your screen. Straight, no chaser :) After all, this is a blog...not an academic journal submission! Fourthly, because my time is limited, I don’t foresee transitioning to vlogging anytime soon. I believe in providing quality content, consistently, in one or two areas is better than beginning with my hands in multiple pots. Plus, didn’t I mention that I’m still in school? LOL! Most looks, from my clients and when I do my own makeup, will be solely posted on the IG page: www.Instagram.com/BeatByBondy. There is a feed between IG and the website. So, if you’re on the homepage or don’t have an Instagram account, you can just go to the website’s homepage and catch the latest. Lastly, if you would like to receive updates when I’ve posted a new blog post, be sure to sign up here! I won’t spam you. Mainly, because I won’t have time, lol!
